I was looking for a new mattress a few weeks ago and did not know what to expect from a mattress company, but I was more than pleasantly surprised by the choice and service. I had just done a few window shopping on my new bed when I saw such great reviews of this place.
I was more than pleased, but there was a big mix - with the shipping leading to my mattress being delivered a week later, which was unfortunate.

The customer service in the store was great, however, and the delivery man was very nice when he delivered my mattress. Michael was also very well informed about the product, as SWMW rated him with 5 out of 5 points on Great Service Prices.
